The Classroom page
The Classroom page is accessed when clicking a Classroom card in the Teacher Dashboard.
The Classroom page lists:
- The Students who joined the Classroom.
- The Assignments of the Classroom.
It also provides a link to access the GitLab Group of the Classroom on your GitLab instance and a Join Link and a button to create an Assignment.
When the Classroom is just created, it displays an empty view.
When the Classroom has Students and Assignments, it will show them as cards.
The Join Link
The Join Link is a magic link you can give to your Students to join your Classroom.
After joining the Classroom, the Students will be listed in the Student list, and will be able to accept Assignments.
Clicking on the Copy Join Link button copies the link to your clipboard, so you can paste it using Ctrl + V, or Shift + Insert.
The Student list
This section lists all the Students that joined the Classroom by using the Join Link.
Each card show the Student GitLab avatar, the Student GitLab user name, and the Student email.
The Assignments list
This section lists all the Assignments of the Classroom.
Each card show the Assignment type (Exercise or Quiz) with an icon, the Assignment name, the number of Students who already accepted the Assignment, and the Accept Link button.
Clicking on the Assignment name will open the Assignment submissions page.
Clicking on the Copy Accept Link button copies the link to your clipboard, so you can paste it using Ctrl + V, or Shift + Insert. The Accept Link is a magic link you can give to your Students to accept your Assignments.
